📋 Detailed Return Policy

Right of withdrawal: According to consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the item, without giving a reason.

Item condition: The item should be in pristine condition, with original tags and packaging preserved. We only accept trying on the product.

Refund: Refund is processed within 14 business days from receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Personalized products: Products made to special order or personalized are not subject to return, unless they show a manufacturing defect.
